This store is operated by Hot Cake Holdings Ltd on behalf of the brand/artist featured on this website. All orders are processed, fulfilled, and managed by Hot Cake Holdings Ltd. By placing an order, you are entering into a transaction with Hot Cake Holdings Ltd as the merchant of record.


Processing Times

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.


We ship from warehouses in the UK, USA, and Europe, and aim to dispatch from the location closest to your delivery address.


During peak periods (such as holidays or promotional sales), processing times may be slightly extended due to increased order volumes. We will communicate any significant delays where possible.


Shipping Costs & Methods

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:


  • Order weight

  • Delivery address

  • Shipping method selected


All orders are shipped using a tracked service. You will receive a dispatch confirmation email containing your tracking details once your order has been collected by the carrier.


Estimated Delivery Times

Estimated delivery timeframes from dispatch are as follows:


  • UK: 2–3 business days

  • EU: 5–10 business days

  • Rest of World: 10–20 business days


These are estimates only and are not guaranteed delivery dates. Delays caused by carriers, customs authorities, or other factors outside our reasonable control are not the responsibility of this store.


Some orders may arrive in multiple shipments if items are held in different warehouse locations. If you receive part of your order, please allow up to 10 business days for the remaining items to arrive before contacting us.


Pre-Orders

We aim to dispatch pre-order items on or before the stated release date. Release dates are estimates and may be subject to change due to production or logistics delays.


By placing a pre-order you acknowledge and accept that dispatch may be delayed beyond the stated estimate. We will notify you of any material changes to the expected dispatch date.


If pre-order items are purchased alongside in-stock items in the same order, the entire order may be held and shipped together on the pre-order dispatch date. To receive in-stock items sooner, we recommend placing separate orders.


Incorrect Delivery Address

Please ensure your delivery address is accurate and complete before placing your order. We are unable to accept responsibility for orders dispatched to an incorrectly provided address.


If you notice an error in your address immediately after placing an order, please contact us via our help centre as soon as possible. Once an order has been processed and dispatched we are unable to redirect it.


Failed Delivery

If a parcel is returned to us due to a failed delivery attempt, an incorrect address, or failure to collect from a holding location, we will contact you to arrange re-dispatch. Additional shipping charges may apply.


We are not responsible for parcels returned to us due to customer error in providing delivery details or failure to collect within the carrier’s holding window.


Customs & Import Fees

Orders shipped outside the UK may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or handling fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are:


  • Not included in your order total

  • The responsibility of the recipient

  • Determined by your local customs authority


We are unable to predict or control these charges and recommend checking your local import regulations before placing an order.


EU Customers — IOSS

We are registered under the Import One Stop Shop (IOSS) scheme for EU deliveries:


  • Orders under €150: VAT is collected and remitted at point of sale — no additional charges should apply on delivery

  • Orders over €150: VAT and customs duties may be charged upon delivery by your local authority


If you are incorrectly charged import VAT on an order under €150, please contact us via our help centre with your order details and we will assist in resolving the charge.


Lost or Missing Orders

If your order is marked as delivered by the carrier but has not been received, please contact us within 14 days of the stated delivery date. We will open an investigation with the courier on your behalf.


Please note that once an order has been confirmed as delivered by the carrier, we are unable to accept liability for packages that are subsequently lost or stolen from the delivery address. We recommend ensuring a secure delivery location is available or selecting a tracked service with signature on delivery where offered.
